Ticket To Ride is an engaging board game that I have been playing for years. I learned how to play this game when I was around 6 years old, and it was one of the fundamental games that made me fall in love with board games. Simply put, the goal of Ticket to Ride is to earn the most points by building trains and completing routes. This game is loads of fun, and I have played it tons of times! There are also multiple expansions and other Ticket to Ride games. I have played 6 of the expansions and 6 of the other full games! All of them are fun and change up the way the game is played!
The basic game is for 2-5 players, and I would say that it is a pretty good game, no matter how many players you play it with. As a general rule, if you play it with more players, then it will be more competitive! This game is pretty easy to learn, but fun for all ages. Like I said before, I learned to play this game at 6 years old (even though the box says 8 years old), and I still enjoy playing it now! The play time, according to the game box, is 30-60min, but as with most games, it depends on how many players you are playing it with.
Ticket To Ride has expansions and those can be very fun as well since they bring a different way to play the game! Even with all the expansions, the basic Ticket to Ride USA is one of my favorite Ticket To Ride games. This game is a classic with my family, and we have created numerous special memories playing it together!
